Susana Perez-Gutthann grew up in a family of doctors and she always knew that she wanted to work in the field of medicine too.
Her job at RTI Health Solutions requires a lot of compliance with external regulations and she also has to collaborate with numerous teams of different people.
She emphasizes that she feels privileged to be a woman in such an important position, and that some of her idols in the field of medicine have helped her to become the professional that she is today.
